How better document flow, tools, and reporting can unlock measurable savings—without promises made before reviewing the data.

PLN 150 for full company accounting?

That amount may refer to a very limited scope, but price alone says nothing about the quality or completeness of the service. Before signing, ask not only “how much?” but which activities, deadlines, reports, and responsibilities are included.

Management needs more than posted documents. It needs current data, deadline control, orderly information flow, and a sound basis for decisions.

What “paying for itself” means

Accounting is not free. It can, however, become part of a change that reduces costs and recovers time. The aim is to identify measurable savings whose value may exceed the accounting fee.

Important: we do not promise an outcome without reviewing company data. If we see no realistic savings potential, we say so before any paid analysis or implementation begins.

Where losses most often arise

  • time spent searching for, correcting, and manually forwarding documents
  • repeated activities that can be standardised or automated
  • unnecessary or overlapping subscriptions and tools
  • corrections, delays, and unclear ownership
  • accounting data that exists but does not support management decisions

From diagnosis to measurement

At gaminco, we do not begin with an off-the-shelf package. We first understand how the company works, identify areas worth analysing, and assess whether a full analysis makes economic sense.

  • diagnosis of the current way of working
  • a plan for document flow and ownership
  • selection of tools and reporting cadence
  • implementation of agreed solutions
  • a savings estimate and measurement of the result

Illustrative calculation only

If a team spends eight hours per month manually organising documents, and an illustrative hourly cost is PLN 80, the time cost is PLN 640. Three unused subscriptions at PLN 120 add PLN 360. If corrections and delays average PLN 300 per month, the illustrative total is PLN 1,300 per month.

This is not a forecast: the actual result depends on company data, scale, implementation feasibility, and the agreed scope of work.

Free savings potential check

In September 2026, companies can complete a short qualification. First, a questionnaire without contact details identifies up to three areas to discuss. Only a separate, deliberate submission of the contact form saves the request in the dedicated Gaminco OneDrive folder. This is followed by a 15-minute check with the team. The full audit and implementation are paid services and begin after separate agreement on scope and price.
