The controller of your personal data is gaminco sp. z o.o. with registered office in Katowice, ul. Zelazna 2, e-mail: office@gaminco.eu, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
Your personal data (including your e-mail address) will be processed for the following purposes:
• Conducting and analyzing a survey,
• Contacting you regarding your survey responses,
• Sending marketing information (if separate consent is given).
The legal basis for processing is:
• Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent of the data subject).
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the survey.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer data, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Consent to participate in the survey: I consent to processing of my personal data, including e-mail address, by gaminco sp. z o.o. for the purpose of conducting the survey and contacting me regarding my responses.
Consent (GDPR): I consent to processing of my e-mail address by gaminco sp. z o.o. for sending commercial and marketing information about products, services, events, and offers.
Consent to electronic contact: I consent to receiving commercial information from gaminco sp. z o.o. by electronic means to the e-mail address provided by me, in accordance with the act on electronic services and telecommunications law.
