These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Service and for electronic services provided by gaminco sp. z o.o.
These Terms and Conditions meet legal requirements, in particular: the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means, the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, and the Civil Code.
These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge in the Service in a way that enables obtaining, reproducing, and storing them.

Service: the website operated by the Service Provider.
User: a person using the Service.
Electronic Services: services provided by electronic means.
Advisory Services: consultation, analysis, and strategy services.
Agreement: a distance contract.
The Service Provider offers by electronic means: access to Service content, a contact form, service booking system, sale of advisory services, sale of legal support subscriptions, accounting services based on individual quotation, sale of workshops (online and onsite), sale of documents and digital materials, online payment handling, and sending confirmations and invoices.
The Service Provider reserves that the current offer published in the Service is binding.
Using the Service requires: a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, cookie support, and an active e-mail address.
The User is required to use the Service in compliance with law and good practice.
Providing unlawful content is prohibited.
The Service Provider may restrict access to the Service if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
Service booking follows this flow: choosing collaboration format (consultation / workshop / subscription / document), choosing service type (advice / analysis / strategy), choosing area (legal / accounting / strategy / finance / no decision), expert assignment (selected by User or assigned by Service Provider), providing details (company data if applicable, full name, e-mail, phone, case description), accepting Terms and Conditions, completing online payment, booking confirmation and invoice issuance (e-mail + KSeF).
Payments are processed by electronic payment operators (e.g. PayU).
The price is shown before the agreement is concluded.
The agreement is concluded when payment is completed.
The Service Provider offers subscriptions only in the scope of legal support.
Available plans: Basic, Compact, Kompleks.
Subscription includes in particular: ongoing legal advisory, consultations, document analysis, document drafting and review.
Detailed service scope is defined by the offer available in the Service or by individual arrangements.
Subscription is monthly or individually agreed.
Accounting services are delivered only on the basis of an individual quotation.
Cooperation terms are agreed individually with the Client.
The Service Provider organizes workshops: online and onsite.
Participation requires booking and payment.
The User may purchase access to document templates for a fee.
Documents are templates and require adaptation to an individual situation.
Purchasing a document does not constitute legal advice.
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of service performance started with consumer consent or delivery of digital content after performance has started.
Complaints may be submitted to the e-mail address indicated in these Terms and Conditions.
A complaint should include a description of the issue and contact details.
A response is provided within 14 days.
Services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee achievement of a specific result.
Service Provider liability is limited to the value of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions may change if legal regulations or Service functionalities change.
For matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the publication date.
